Yvonne’s goals at the start of her personal training experience were to improve her general fitness and running abilities. With the overall aim of being able to take part in local 5k and 10k races and then progress on to half and full marathons.


Yvonne has now completed two 5k races, both races completed in a fantastic 24 and 27 minutes; Yvonne has also completed two 10k races, both races again completed in fantastic times of 54 and 56 minutes, Yvonne has also lost over 10kg during the process of her training, this was due to her following a structured diet plan which was focused on providing her with a diet that provided her with a sustainable diet approach which would enable her progression with her training but also assist with weight loss which was also an important component in her training progression. 

The combination of the correct diet approach for fitness and well being and a training program that enabled her to gradually progress has yielded impressive results.
